Experienced and Effective Trial Lawyer
Anthony Carbone has practiced law in Hudson County for over 20 years. He understands the workings of the family courts, criminal courts and civil trial courts of Hudson County. This familiarity with the court system and the tendencies of judges and prosecutors makes him an effective advocate in all proceedings and negotiations.
Mr. Carbone has defended clients on DUI, drug possession and all criminal charges, and has lectured to other attorneys on the practice of criminal law. He is a certified mediator, and he has been appointed by the court as an Early Settlement Panelist in divorce pretrial proceedings. He has served as president of and legal counsel to the local chapter of the Italian-American organization Unico.
